BUYER BEWARE. Just learned they sold me - without disclosing - a manufacturer buyback Jeep, for full retail price. I did ask why such low mileage on a used car, and they didn't disclose it was due to mfg buyer-back, which is illegal even in Missouri. They also sold it to me as certified, which it WAS NOT, as mfg buy-back nullifies 3-year 30K mile mfg certification. Now, despite taking great care of my car, my trade-in is worth $10K+ less than it should be, because of this technicality they didn't disclose.

Easily one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had. Polly promised she would absolutely take care of me BABY!!!! I had struggled to find this minivan anywhere. Once it popped up online, I called Polly to hold it for me while I drove 2 hours to claim it. They quickly valued my trade and gave me more than what Carvana offered for my car BABY!!.
