The sales department was fine to do business with; however, I will never deal with Bob(service writer). He has no customer service skills what so ever.

Polly and Brianna were both great to deal with. They worked with us on the logistics of making a 5-hour drive to get the vehicle we wanted, and held it for us until we arrived. Even after the sale, they were eager to follow up regarding any issues which came up after the purchase (Check Engine Light came on during the drive home, non-issue addressed under warranty by our local dealer), and were standing by to assist in any way they could, answering all of our questions. Would definitely consider making another drive to work with them again, great service and a simple deal done within two hours. The only issue was the F&I guy who (can't remember his name) was adamant about selling us an extended warranty/service contract despite me explaining we wouldn't be driving 5 hours for an oil change. Nice guy, just doing his job, but facing another 5 hours to drive home that evening we were ready to GO. An overall positive experience, great people to work with, and got exactly the vehicle we wanted with a manufacturer's CPO warranty.

Juan (sales rep) was a great point of contact. He did his absolute best. Management and “leadership” was terrible! Work needed to be done to the van before we took ownership. We were given such a false sense of hope.
