Although the vehicle is great, this experience was horrible! I've never had to work so hard to spend money. Maybe an in-person experience would be better but I would not recommend that anyone make a purchase online/from a distance. The salesperson was very difficult to work with (although she became a little better at the very end). She preferred to communicate by text message and email as opposed to phone conversations which makes communication difficult. at one point my husband was so frustrated that he started calling the dealership. After a while he suggested trying to purchase another vehicle because of all the frustration, but I really like the car There are a couple of times when I try to reach out to her and she basically told me that she was busy with people who were there in person even though I was already at a point that I expressed that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I tried to see if I could set up a time so that she could give me full attention but that wasn't possible. I would have thought for a $35,000 vehicle that had been on their lot for months, she would have been happy to have given me the time that was needed. After giving her a pre-approved letter showing an excellent interest rate, she still recommended that I check out their financing to "save $1000". Their financing ended up being more than double the interest rate for a period of 24 months more than what I was asking which would have cost an additional $4,000 even after $1,000 rebate. A waste of time and a waste of a mark on my credit. Not sure how organized they are either because I got a call approximately a week after I had the vehicle in my possession ask me about my interest in purchasing it. if they're really that far behind on following up on leads then that's sad.

This dealer has a big selection of nice, preowned cars. After a little review of selections on line and a couple of trips, we found the SUV we couldn't pass up. Polly was great to work with and there's no pressure to purchase a vehicle. Would recommend both Woody's and the sales person to anyone.
