This was our second vehicle purchased here within 6 months. We felt they were very professional. They were extremely busy on the Saturday morning we were there but Polly was extremely good at keeping us informed and very concerned with making sure we were okay. We very much appreciated her attentiveness and it made the car buying process more tolerable.

Small Dealership, Big Heart! Everyone at Woody's I interacted with, takes pride in their commitment to customer service! They live, breath and demonstrate their core values hanging on the wall. The entire sales process from test-drive to walking out to smile for a picture in front of my new car; was transparent, honest and done with attention to detail. The family-style environment alone, made the guest experience worth the drive from Kansas City. Ask for "Coach" he was a big help and made the entire sales and delivery process painless!

Leave it to my husband to find the car we wanted 300...

Leave it to my husband to find the car we wanted 300 miles away. After a couple of calls to verify it was still there, and a day trip, we enter Woody's. What a bee hive! The place hummed with activity and our advisor Polly, (I say advisor because I never felt like we were being sold) seemed to juggle several tasks at once. Patience is the key! You wont be forgotten or neglected, but checked on in spurts! so no whining. Happy place, fun...lots of smiles. Polly's trusted assistant Bryanna A. was also a Blessing, as was Heather who brought it all home with the paperwork. Easy. Mission accomplished after a total 10 hours of driving. In with our F150 and out with our Lincoln.
