Exceptional experience with Service Advisor Richard Im during my recent visit at Pompano Honda! I was facing a persistent sensor issue with my vehicle. Richard showed admirable persistence and diagnostic skills, not stopping until he found the root cause: an incorrect tire size previously installed by another shop. What truly sets Richard apart is his incredible commitment to customer satisfaction. His proactive approach and dedication to excellence were fully demonstrated when he professionally contacted the other shop to address the mistake using Honda’s technical backing. Furthermore, he quickly arranged a courtesy vehicle so I could continue working without any disruption. His honesty, kindness, and technical precision represent the highest standard of excellence. I brought my Honda into this dealership for a simple flat tire repair. I was initially quoted around $60 for a tread patch. Three hours later, I received a call from a service representative named Francis saying the price was now $400 because the puncture had reached the sidewall — despite being told earlier that it was nowhere near the sidewall. Francis was rude and dismissive throughout my interactions with her, at one point telling me "why would I know" when I asked a basic question about the repair. I declined the $400 repair and asked for my spare tire to be reinstalled instead. When I got my car back, they had thrown the tire on top of my personal belongings ruining a pair of shoes that I had literally just purchased, the carpet are was deformed and caved in, the tire was not properly seated on the rim, and there were new paint chips on the rim that weren't there before I brought the car in. A second opinion at another shop confirmed there was no sidewall damage and the puncture was a simple patch job — the screw was less than an inch in length and barely even made it through the tire tread. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Communication on the website is the absolute worst. Paid $150.00 to program a key.

I was a loyal customer to Pompano Honda for years before I made the mistake to try a different brand of vehicle. And what a mistake that was. Fortunately the Pompano team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and above all, actually honest. I feel so bad for leaving, but man am I glad to be back in solid hands. There’s no better Honda dealership in Broward County.
