This is the worst Porsche dealership I have ever been to.

This is the worst Porsche dealership I have ever been to. The service department is horrible . I took my car for a regular oil change and four and a half hours later , they haven’t even look at my car. Service advisor said that the service won’t even happen today, maybe tomorrow. Even after I asked him how long would it take because I have things to do and I need the car today. He said, about two hours. Then I said ok, I’ll come back. They took the vehicle at 12:30. By 5pm, no one did anything to my car. Extremely disappointed. This is just the beginning of my reviews and posts on social media until it gets to Mr Rosenthal attention. 0 stars and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Didn't expect that my first experience with Porche would

Didn't expect that my first experience with Porche would be so terrible. This dealership is tarnishing the brand. I bought a Cayenne for my wife and I can not let her drive it because it is not safe, especially since she mostly drive with the kids. Upon receiving delivery of the vehicle, I immediately took it back because the brakes sounded funny. The floor manager at the time said it was normal with porches, a Google search confirmed. The next day I went to get the car inspected and was surprised when the inspector said that the brakes need to be replaced immediately. In disbelief, I said, "Porche said they do a 110-point inspection on their vehicles that is impossible". The brakes were 1.2 mm and already cut through the sensor. To put things into perspective, Porche maintenance specs recommend changing at about 2.5mm and a minimum of 2mm. So the vehicle was way below the brand minimum recommendation and should never have past their 110-point inspection and definitely should not have let me take delivery of the vehicle, I could have died if the breaks failed. Armed with this information, I took the information to Porche Arlington to get the brakes replaced and was surprised when they said that they can do anything about it. The car now sits in my garage until I can get the brakes in to replace it.

This dealership has a lack of integrity and constantly changes employees. They damaged my vehicle and are refusing to fix it. Don't not shop or do services with this dealership. Void at all cost.

Trash service department.

Trash service department. The service advisor I was assigned to was let go after a few days which shows the state of their service department. I was assigned to Mo, who was very helpful at first but later became unreachable. The battery that was needed for my car would take 6 months to get, which is ridiculous. What is the point of having a Porsche when the dealership can't get you the parts?! I ended up taking my Cayenne to a Porsche body shop that got me the battery in 2 days. The Porsche warranty is useless when they can't get you the parts. This is the worst experience I've had with a service department. One of the reasons why I chose a Porsche over other cars was due to the level of service I assumed I was getting with Porsche. My car was also placed outdoors 6 months and when I asked if they had a car cover for paint damanges, they said no. Are you xxxxx serious?! You are gonna put my car outdoors for 6 months subject to pain damange when the car is completely open due to dead battery?!

I have been to a number of Porsche dealers in my many

I have been to a number of Porsche dealers in my many years with the vehicle and this one is by far the worst. This service department is so disorganized, and so unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars. There is a certain expectation when you move into luxury and higher end cars. This place does not get it. I don't need a coffee bar or anything like that I just want the place to have its act together. Go to Tysons or better yet save your $ and go to an independent instead.
