Yesterday I visited Rosenthal Jaguar and spoke to Service Manager Michael Mancinho about my car stalling and dying on the street. He was extremely helpful explaining what the problem my be. Multi-point inspection was performed and the problem solved. I was impressed with the professional and in depth knowledge of the Service Manager Michael Mancinho.

I had a wonderful time working with CC! Very thorough instructions and he really made sure I’m good to go! He work with my husband to made my wonderful surprise birthday present. I cried for 3 days 😂

Im a new Jaguar owner.. My first service appt was March 1st. Mike Mancinho was excellent! He's a asset to the service department. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about my vehicle. The service was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealer.
