Tommy Rouguex has been managing the service on my Range Rover since 2011. I never appreciated him more than when I stuck in NY for COVID quarantine and my car gave me problems, I had it checked out with the dealership in NY, who had come back with numerous unrelated recommendations. I consulted with Tommy on their recommendations and I declined service.. I and came back to Virginia and brought it in to Tommy and was happy that most all of NY’s recommendations were unnecessary and nonessential. I thank Tommy for his interest in my cars true welfare and only recommending service wrk that I truly need and is due. THANK YOU TOMMY!!

I had my best car buying experience to date thanks to my sales rep, Hammad Arshad. I submitted an inquiry to the website and within minutes, Hammad reached out to help assist me in the car buying process. Due to my busy work schedule, I was unable to answer a call during the day and Hammad worked around it and texted me to get everything set up. On the day of my schedule appointment, Hammad greeted me at the door and got right to work using the information I had already provided to him. During our test drive, he took the time to highlight all the features the car had to offer and tailored them to my needs. He then talked me through the next steps with finance and what to expect and then greeted me on the other side of the process and walked me to my new car. Not only did he hand over the keys, but he put on my plates for me and highlighted additional features I would find useful. I cannot say enough good things about Hammads customer service and support!

This dealership was great to work with. Everything ran smoothly and all my questions were promptly answered. We did not find the exact car we were looking for on the lot and decided to build one out. Best decision ever and my car was worth the wait!
