Mr. Michael Mancinho helped me with servicing my jaguar. He was very professional, polite and understanding. the car had misfire and had a restricted performance. Mike had it tested and discovered one of the cylinder was shut. He was so responsive and the car was repaired and returned to me in a very quick turn around and drives very well. Thank you Mike.

Because of my schedule I had actually had two wonderful salesmen (Albert & Hammad) assist me throughout the entire car purchasing process over the course of a few days. I was ready for the "pushy overbearing" tactics we all have found ourselves in with salesmen at one time or another, however this was not what I experienced with these salesmen. Great communication from the start. Just the right amount of emails and phones to me with all the detailed information I inquired about. I was treated like I was the only customer on the sales lot (great personal touch I might add). Both have exceptional knowledge on the vehicles features; very informative. I would definitely recommend seeking these gentleman out for assistance again.

KZ was friendly and great to work with. He made the car buying process easy for me and got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend KZ when buying a car.

For me as the customer it is all about the customer-facing person, Joe Simoules, He's great, on the phone and in person. He's that way with everyone, including your other enployees. My best friend says all this too and Joe doesn't know we are best friends, proves the point.

KZ was fantastic to work with. I called 1 hour before my arrival and the car was outside waiting for my test drive. I purchased on NYE 2020. He was sensitive to that fact and we quickly went thorough the typical credit check etc. The whole process lasted about 2.5 hours from beginning to end. My only recommendation for the dealership is to be a little more organized with the financing portion of the transaction. I am almost 30 days out and still haven't received any finance info. Secondly I have a FICO of 830 and they have run my credit 3 times since 12/31/20? Other than that I would highly recommend the dealership because of KZ's customer service and selection of vehicles. Just tell the finance people to keep the hard inquiries to a minimum.

This is the best LR dealership in the DMV in my humble opinion. I’m a long time customer and I use their service and sales departments a lot.
