Brought my car in for service on a recurring issue. Michael, my service advisor was patient to hear my concern and had the Rosenthal‘s service guru take a good look at it over the weekend. The issue was identified and corrected. Great teamwork and great service.

I just had my Range Rover serviced at Rosenthal Jaguar my service advisor was Kevin Dooley He has such great customer service and helped me understand what was wrong with my SUV and what was needed and took great care of my SUV and of course make sure it was cleaned when I picked it up

Service Center is very professional and super helpful! I texted Kevin Dooley on December 5th at 2pm regarding a tire that was leaking air. He got me in by 3pm and I was out with a brand new tire at 3:45pm the same day! This is just one example of the responsiveness and flexibility this dealership has. Hats off to Kevin Dooley for being our guy over the past few years. He has been superb!

Outstanding experience with my Range Rover service here. Service advisor, Kevin Dooley exceeded my expectations. Besides being very well-versed and professional, he make made the process effortless - my service ticket was ready when I arrived, he explained the entire process and time-frame, and my car was done before expected completion time. 5 stars +

I bought a 2017 Landrover Discovery HSE. The windshield was resealed in 2018 and was out of warranty when it began leaking again two years later. Ana B and Kevin M took great care of me when I droped the car off for service. You folks just made a life long customer out of me. My next purchase will be conducted at Rosenthal Land Rover for sure.
