Gerges Morkos is the BEST service rep! I am deeply disappointed that my Velar required a new AC compressor, costing $4800, with only 57,000 miles on the car. Having said that, Gerges did everything he could to make the service efficient.

The customer service in the Service Department is
The customer service in the Service Department is appalling. And while I’ve been going here for years and it was tolerable, the last three visits have been abominable for me. So much so that after having purchased two Range Rovers at Rosenthal JLR, Tysons Corner, I will not return to buy again. You’d think that $85K-$100K + cars would, at minimum, buy you respectful service. You know it’s bad when you see other customers complaining simultaneously. I saw another customer get into a shouting match due to miscommunication from the service department right outside the doors. I also experienced unclear communication among other things. So frustratingly disappointing when it doesn’t have to be this way!

Excellent Customer Service, especially from Tommy.
Excellent Customer Service, especially from Tommy. He always kept me informed of what happens with my car. Also I have a loaner car for 7 days. Yes It took a long time to get my car back, but it was not their fault, their computer system was compromised and they couldn’t configure or program my car’s computer.

Steve Miller runs a horrible service shop full of liars and scammers!! Stay away. Kept my car hostage for a full week with no updates just for them, instructed by him to return my car with no solution.
