My salesperson Gavin Kassiri was warm, very polite and friendly and went out of the way to work out the deal I wanted. JD Duncan assisted in the sales process and Elly did the paperwork, and they were equally good. I am confident I will get the same level of care in the future for the service needs of the car. I wasn’t really in the market for a new car, but just happened to see a new Range Rover Velar and like the vehicle. My wife and I are from Ohio and had planned a trip to DC from 4 weeks ago. So, I figured to call/ contact a couple of dealers in the DC metro area just to see what my options are. (There is a local dealer about 2 miles from me, but I didn’t give them a shot because of my past experience) I chatted with someone at this dealership late Sunday night and I was told that someone will get back to me on the following day. Claude Coleman (CC) called me on Monday morning and within a day or two we were able to work out a deal on a new vehicle. My wife and I arrived to the dealership on Saturday morning 10-21 at 9 and we were out by 10:30. Car was clean and ready. We were welcomed and everyone was very friendly (Even the ones that we didn’t directly deal with). I dealt with CC (Sale professional), Mo Noorestani (Sale manager) and Tyler Tart at the business office and they were all great. Will drive 420 miles and buy another one from them in future.

Purchased my certified 20d F-Pace from this dealer yesterday and let me just say that these guys are the real deal. Not pushy, just smooth, steadfast, and ultra professional.
