Amazing customer service.

Reda at rosenthal was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and followed up with great suggestions. Very friendly staff made me feel very comfortable.

Excellent Customer Experience

Went to the Land Rover Dealer to trade my vehicle in for a newer vehicle. I was immediately greated by "Gavin" and he took my information and went into action. Got me the vehicle I came for and negotiated a fair price for my trade. I also worked by the accessories manager "Vanessa" who was extremely helpful since we came to the dealership with a month old baby. Vanessa showed me to a private office where I was able to change and care for our baby for the time that we were at the dealership. Overall an 11 out of 10 for this entire customer service experience. Truly top notch!

Had a great experience and love my new car!

My experience at Rosenthal Landrover in Tyson's Corner was excellent. Jerome, our salesperson, provided a knowledgeable, friendly, and non-pressure sales experience from the beginning. He has walked me through each step from beginning to end with a smile and professionalism. He is a great asset to the company. The service staff and parts department are helpful with all of your needs. The car was delivered several weeks early which was a nice surprise. I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend Rosenthal Land Rover and wish all my prior car sales experiences at other dealerships had been the same. Thank you!

satisfying experience

friendly, knowledgeable sales staff who respect the customer. these folks made purchasing my first jaguar a complete joy. they also made certain i had a working understanding of a very complex vehicle before i drove it home. looking forward to a long-term working relationship with this dealership.

Land Rover Encore training delivered by Giovanni Quintana

The capabilities and features on our newly purchased Land Rover Sport Dynamic are exceptional and candidly a bit overwhelming. The Encore service delivered personally and competently by Giovanni Quintana was just what we needed. Giovanni came to our home and patiently walked us through all the robust features on our new Land Rover in our driveway. This was no “fly-by” but a 3 hour hands on tutorial expertly delivered.

Andy was amazing!

I would recommend dealing with Andy Moshrefi to anyone looking for a new Jaguar/Land Rover. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident leaving the lot.
