Wanted to express my appreciation for the awesome work of Rosenthal Jaguar employee Reda Habati! Reda worked with me on a 2015 Audi A3 that I was considering purchasing from his dealership. He was extremely courteous and friendly to me and my parents when I showed up to view and test drive the car. Additionally, Reda did a fantastic job in negotiations with me concerning the price of the car + an extended warranty. After initially determining that the cost was out of my price range, Reda worked with his team and me -- over the phone on the weekend... and even when he was not at work! -- to hammer out a fantastic deal offer at a price I was comfortable with. I was VERY impressed by Reda's effort and hope to work with him again the next time I'm looking for a car!

First I need to say I was not expecting to buy a Jaguar, but it was the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I was very impressed with my initial visit and never felt pressured. Augie, my sales rep made everything easy, relaxed and exciting. We went on 2 initial test drives right away so I could get a better idea of what I wanted. His coaching and help were unsurpassed. Then to add to this already great experience was my after purchase handover appointment with Giovanni Quintana. He patiently went through everything technical on this vehicle. It was all new to me so the operative word here is 'patiently'. I asked a lot of questions which he gladly answered without a hint of judgment on how stupid they might have been, he gave me hands-on demonstrations, we discussed safety, navigation, phone, media, and basic set-up, etc. These were step-by-step detailed instruction. The best you could ask for when first learning all the high tech capabilities of a new vehicle. This machine is more like a big computer then a car!! Giovanni never made me feel rushed, he took all the time I needed to get familiar with my new Jaguar F-Pace. I could not have had a better experience. Plus, if I need additional assistance all I have to do is call him with my questions.

I was super frustrated until I worked with Andy he made the process smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I got value. I really appreciate the patience and humor throughout the process. He is a true professional.
