I came to this dealership knowing that I would be buying a car that day. I was hesitant at first to go and only be accompanied by my 2 teenagers thinking that my experience would be unpleasant. We came to Rosenthal Jaguar and Land Rover because I knew that they would have a great selection of cars. But to my surprise, not only did they have a great selection, but the whole experience of buying my car was just very satisfying to say the least. Gavin Kassiri, my sales consultant was very honest and very accommodating in what I wanted in a vehicle. Other dealerships I have dealt with in the past, had the salesman practically glued to my hip and followed me everywhere I went around the dealership. With Gavin, I was able to test drive the vehicle on my own and when I couldn't find the color that I had wanted (even though I was given the option to have it by next week), he suggested that I look in their lot down the street and maybe find an alternative color. Not only did I find a better color but I also found an even better vehicle which I purchased that day! I love the fact that Gavin gave me the opportunity to make an unbiased decision with no pressure to purchase...best car buying experience ever!

I was two (2) years away from my goal of buying a new car, but my salesman, Andy, made my buying experience far less painful. He was knowledgeable yet patient, and he was very nice and easy to work with. He understood my objective, and presented me with reasonable options.

I truly appreciate all of the work that Gavin in sales has done for me. He made the experience of purchasing my second Land Rover an easy one. Gavin has facilitated the process all throughout, not just through sales but through the services placed on my car and even the rental! Not to mention the rental personnel, Mike, Thomas, and Anna in the Service department were and are amazing in the work that they do! We purchased a Range Rover Sport from Reda Habati . He was nothing short of EXCELLENT. My wife wanted a very specific car with third row seat for the children. So Reda found the car we wanted and arranged to obtain it. We never felt pressured. We just felt "taken care of" as one should when you buy a car. Reda was honest and trustworthy. He handled a few minor bumps in the process with grace and again just took great care of us in the process. Tyler Tart in the business office was excellent as well. He walked me through the options again without pressure, just good information. This dealership is not the closest Land Rover dealership to our house but I would travel the extra distance and more to deal with them. I will recommend Reda and Rosenthal to my friends and family. EXCELLENT.

My salesman was Jerome Cabbagestalk. Easy to deal with and does what he says that he will do. Good service skills, The manager Mo is a good asset too. That was a factor in the decision to buy a car from these gents and the dealership. I think that the physical plant is outdated and lacks all the elements for a modern dealership. The layout, the ease of looking at cars, the location of the cars is definitely from a different era compared to many other dealerships. The name Rothentahl Jaguar does not serve the interest of Range Rover!!

This dealership was top notch! Andy went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Andy .
