I purchased a new Jaguar F-Pace at Rosenthal Jaguar-Land Rover after test driving other makes at other dealerships. The F-Pace suited my family's needs, but so did the informative, pleasant and non-pressuring environment of this dealer. The salesman, James Duncan, obliged with test drives of several vehicles and at times to suit my schedule. I have never owned a Jaguar before; Rosenthal was extremely professional about the purchase process. Most of all, I'd recommend the follow-through for new owners, what Rosenthal calls its "Encore" delivery service. No matter how thoroughly one might read an owner's manual, these days there are so many aspects and (largely) untapped qualities to new vehicles that a driver can only benefit from having questions answered. Colin Unterkofler, Encore specialist at this dealership, knows the vehicles thoroughly. Some weeks after my purchase, he politely gave me all the time I needed to make certain I can take advantage of Jaguar's many benefits. The Encore program is a great idea, and Colin is its best representative!

I came to Rosenthal's Land Rover/Jaguar dealership to look at a used ToyotaSienna van. I have dreaded the car buying experience in the past but was blown away by the customer service!
