My overall experience

Overall I had a very Good experience at the dealership. My salesman was knowledgeable, polite,and took the time to show me different cars until I found the right one for me. I got my car for the right price, and I will take my business back there by the end of my lease.

Blackburn Internet Sales, great; dealership technology, poor

Michael Blackburn was up front, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Would work with him again any time. The dealership however needs a serious upgrade to their finance department as the checkout process was slow and old fashioned.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Reda is an amazing salesman. I came in with desperate need! He helped me through the whole process! Made everything easy for me to get the car of my dreams! My mom speaks Spanish Reda does as well he speaks 4 launguages and was able to help my mom understand everything step by step! Amazing dealership everyone was nice and friendly and made me feel like royalty! Defiantly will be recommending to family and friends.

Love KZ !

This is the second car I have purchased from KZ. I actually had found a few I liked online and at other dealerships but only wanted to do business with KZ again. He makes purchasing a new Land Rover an effortless experience. I won't go anywhere else!!! I also want to comment on Kevin in Service as he is truly the best service technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My cars ONLY go to him when its time for their check up. Tyler Tart was also wonderful in completing the sale quickly and efficiently . All in all, a truly lovely experience.

Awesome experience to date!

I have visited three other Jaguar dealers in the DC metro for a new 2017 F-PACE before I visited Rosenthal Jaguar in Vienna and I must say that the only dealer who followed up promptly and took an extra effort to match my specs closely with an incoming vehicle from the factory was Andy Moshrefi from Rosenthal Jaguar. Andy made me purchase my new car and I am happy with the service and follow up calls to date.

Welcomed like we were family. Gavin was not only efficient and professional but warm and honestly caring. Made what it could be a long tedious process easy. And yes, having someone helping you out with always a big smile, makes a huge different . Purchasing anything is not only about the destination, but about the whole experience . First experience
