Best customer experience

First time at this dealership and the staff here are wonderful! My salesman Reda is one of the best Salesman I ever had. Always attentive, never pushy explained everything about my car inside and out. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professional and top notch service.

Professionalism throughout the staff!

I recently completed my 4th transaction with KZ at Rosenthal Jaguar and as usual I came away feeling very satisfied with my selection and the process. KZ is the consummate representative. I highly recommend that you seek him out if you visit the dealership. KZ always listens first, then recommends. He is a great sounding board for thoughts on everything from features to financing. It is nice to turn what could be a trying experience into a very enjoyable and friendly event!

Awesome experience, great people

Awesome experience, great people. i have bought a few cars in my life, but I have never had such a good experience as the one I had at Rosenthal land rover. In particular Jerome helped us to get the car we wanted with an attitude and style that was unlike any I've ever experienced. His knowledge of the cars and the process facilitated and expedited our acquisition. He is a very kind man. No hard sell (as if you need one with the quality of the product; we got an LR4).

Long-time Land Rover Owner

Absolutely superior objective no pressure sales service. After quite a bit of research before purchasing our 4th Land Rover, we made an appointment to check out a LR4 listed on their web inventory. Jerome Cabbagestalk met us at the door and listened to our needs and questions. He provided us with insight about the vehicle and several alternatives to consider. He allowed us the private space necessary to review our options, but stayed ready to answer questions. During the test drive he focused on differences with the vehicle we were replacing. This allowed us to quickly understand those changes and the affect they may have for the way we use a vehicle. Our offer was quickly accessed by Jerome and the dealer functional representatives (e.g. finance, service, et al...). They also followed up to see if we had any further questions. I would highly recommend Rosenthal Land Rover and working with Jerome specifically.

Great experience and accommodating

The response was great and gave me more information about the car that I was interested in than I asked for. No issues with trade-in and gave blue book value. I took the car I was interested in for a test drive on local roads and highway as I needed and gave fair value for the certified used car compared to what I found on the market. Sales rep Reda Habati was very accommodating and was always a step ahead to make the process smooth. I took the car that I found online within 24 hours and I am out of state.

Long distance purchase done right!

I contacted Jerome Cabbagestalk about a pre-owned Jaguar I saw online. I was making the purchase from Las Vegas, NV, since Jags with AWD are nearly impossible to get on the West Coast. Jerome responded to me via phone and Internet the same day. He answered all of my questions and we decided to go forward with the purchase. Even with a three hour time difference and my restrictive schedule as a teacher, Jerome did his best to keep in contact on a daily basis with necessary paperwork. Tyler Tart was also very friendly and accommodating. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to get the deal done in a timely manner. I LOVE my new Jaguar and I would highly recommend this dealership. First experience

The best salesman ever had,I called Reda and he went with all options and he knew what i need just over the phone,and when i got there he had the car ready for me up front ,easy and quick,it doesn't waste time ,i will recommend any one to ask for Reda ,he is not too pushy like other salesmans do. Colin Unterkofler the Encore Specialist

Colin did an excellent job of clarifying the technical programs available in my 2015 Range Rover. I can use the auto commands and work with my navigation system more efficiently. He was patient and polite. I have his business card to reach him if I have additional questions.

Gavin is the model of professionalism

My experience with Gavin was great from the beginning. Even though he was on vacation, he quickly took my call and set up an appointment at a convenient time for me. He was friendly and honest from the beginning and really helped to make a challenging deal possible. Even after the paperwork had been signed, Gavin stayed in touch to make sure that he could help with any after-sales issues.
