The people of Rosenthal Jaguar really do a great job at...

The people of Rosenthal Jaguar really do a great job at making your joy their priority. KZ helped me get my first Jaguar. When I came to test drive my XJL, I didn't feel the pressure of a dealer wanting to sell a car. My second test drive was even more enjoyable. I live in Betehsda, Maryland. There are four jaguar dealers around, but I chose Rosenthal because they made an impression, the first visit. Hands down, the staff are very professional, and will make your visit very smooth. I just got my XJL, and did my first service after-market installation. The service staff made every thing easy. I will without doubt come back when it is time to get my next Jaguar.

I have had my 2011 Jaguar serviced here more than once. ...

I have had my 2011 Jaguar serviced here more than once. The services performed have all been minor or state inspections. Yujin has scheduled my appointments via e-mail or telephone and is always attentive and very responsive. The dealership is clean and quiet. The seating is comfortable and the provided refreshments excellent. There is a television on the wall which always seems to be tuned to MSNBC, but otherwise makes the time go by quickly. The complementary WiFi is slow, however, it is free. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming overall. My vehicle is always clean and washed when I leave. There are no signs that work was done, except for the movement of the drivers seat and the rear view mirror. I will only service my Jaguar at this location.

I have bought several cars from Rosenthal Tysons over the last twenty years, and have always taken them back there for regular maintenance. The experience gets better each time. This time KZ gave us once again his usual outstanding service, the process was very smooth and streamlined, and my new LR4 is a superb car.

Purchased two cars (Jaguar and Land Rover) over a month...

Purchased two cars (Jaguar and Land Rover) over a month ago. First problem was with repair of a deep gauge. They tried to touch it up - it looked worse than it did to begin with. The Used car manager graciously offered to do what should have been done to begin with - painting the door. Second was the Land Rover FOB was missing (the second of the two). The salesman said it would arrive in a few days. Big LIE...it had to come to us from England. Another salesman told me a FOB always takes a few weeks. Guess our salesguy wanted to get out for the night and said anything. Finally, we have yet to receive titles. At this point we brought in the General Manager who was embarassed, etc. He promised that titles would be delivered by today. Only ONE was delivered. The second wasn't able to be delivered as the bank still owns the car. We paid CASH for the two cars OVER a month ago. That means that Rosenthal has had our money, but never paid off the loan. Is this a way to run a business? There are plenty of places to buy a car...choose another one.

After going to all the Land Rover dealers in the area, my husband and I purchased our Range Rover from Rosenthal. The staff was great and KZ was a pleasure to work with. If you live in the DC/VA area I recommend using this dealership.

Fabulous! Minor problem caused my LR4 to shut down on the way to my daughter's orchestra performance on a Sunday. Rosenthal LR picked us & our gear up, and got us there on time!

Great experience would definitely buy a car from them again. The salesperson was easy to work and was able to answer all questions I had regarding the car and it's features.

Gavin was very helpful and timely with his responses. He let me know as soon as the car was in and when it would be ready. He even called the day after to make sure everything was okay and to ask if I had any further questions I didn't think of previously.
