Our family spent a lot of time at the Jaguar Dealership...

Our family spent a lot of time at the Jaguar Dealership while purchasing a used car there. We were taken care of *beyond* our expectations by Gavn adn the rest of the team at Rosenthal Jaguar Tysons. We never felt hassled or pressured, we were allowed to really take our time in choosing the right vehicle for our family, and while we spent time waiting we were served coffee and hot chocolate, and members of the team even came to give my toddler a coloring book to play with! Could not have exceeded our expectations more- RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY!!!

Working with Gavin Kassiri at Rosenthal LandRover was an absolute delight. This was the first time in many times of us purchasing automobiles, that the purchase process did not take more than an hour or two after we selected our car. Gavin is very knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to our requirements, found the best car to match our need in a very short time and worked with the finance office to have the entire paper work ready before calling us in to finalize the deal. He patiently worked with us to explain all the features of our Land Rover. I love our car and will make sure to ask for Gavin for our future purchases. Thank you Gavin!

doing business with Rosenthal for past 9 years, especially since Nov 2004 dealing with Gavin has been very pleasant and we enjoy doing businee with them. because of quality, price, service athmosphere.

I bought my range rover at rosenthal in Tysons in...

I bought my range rover at rosenthal in Tysons in September. In October I decided to take my beautiful new car to the car wash for a quick detail. The person who drove my car through turned on the automatic wipers. Of course breaking them in them process. I went the very next day to the dealership without an appointment where Kevin Dooley (my service advisor) came straight outside to take a look at my car to see the damage. He told me it would take approximately 25 min and told me the price before starting the work. The work took 15 min. I feel I got a fair price and they were very respectful of my time. I was in and out of there within 30 min. I have already recomended Rosenthal Tysons to my friends.

I've been taking my cars to Rosenthal Jaguar Tysons...

I've been taking my cars to Rosenthal Jaguar Tysons Corner since 2007. Their service department has been 100% honest with me from Day 1, and have gone above and beyond to take care of me many times. My service rep, the technicians and the service manager are friendly, helpful, careful and efficient. Even though I have many options for service, I won't trust anyone else!!

The best word to sum up my experience at Rosenthal Land...

The best word to sum up my experience at Rosenthal Land Rover, specifically my experiece with the sales and finance staff is AMAZING! From the minute I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Gavin Kassiri, who spent the next 5 hours providing the best customer service I have ever received while purchasing a vehicle. He understood what requirements and price point I was looking for, and made every effort to make sure we stayed within range. This included pulling in an additional resource Craig Faunce, who spent about 45 minutes providing me and my family information about a specific car that was recently brought on the lot and had not yet been priced. The level of attentiveness, friendliness, and customer service I received from Gavin, Craig, and even Kasara (the finance manager) was impressive across the board. Unlike most dealership tactics, not once was I every pressured into purchasing a car that was more than the budgeted amount I communicated. The staff at Rosenthal Land Rover not only know their stuff about cars, but they were committed to getting me in the car I wanted, they went above and beyond to make sure I was given the best deal, and most importantly they made me and my family feel extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The best part of my experience is the level of attention did not end after the contract was signed. I received an extensive tutorial on my vehicle along with a thank you email the day after my purchase. I could not have asked for a better experience!
