The experience at Rosenthal Jagua-Land Rover in Vienna,, VA was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andy our sales guide keep us informed of our car until it was delivered, he was awesome. The buying process was fast, easy and the best.

I made an appointment with the service manager for repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not sure why my service was so poor after purchasing my vehicle from there, but clearly after driving 55 miles to get there and back, no one cared. When I spoke to the General Manager he advised he understood what happened and would fix it. He never did.

Jack Matteson. Is a terrific Jaguar service manager. He worked with my car insurance company to cover my costs of repair and my Car was fixed quickly. Jack is on top of what Is needed and kept me informed.
