I had a faulty hood latch sensor that repeatedly...

I had a faulty hood latch sensor that repeatedly activated my alarm every other night and so I purchased the new component from Rosenthal. However, Ana quickly identified that my Range Rover Sport was still under warranty and immediately took my truck in for repair at no-cost then refunded my payment for the latch component. Ana is truly the best!!! Calvin

Brought car in for minor things; service advisor Michael Mancinho was outstanding. Professional, articulate, and reasonable. There is some minor pre-delivery damage to the vehicle that we are communicating about; hopefully it gets resolved reasonably. Regardless of how/whether it gets resolved, Mr. Mancinho was excellent and represented the dealership very well.
