About our dealership

The Starling family has been in the retail automotive industry in Central Florida since 1948. Prior to becoming the Chevrolet dealer in Kissimmee, FL, Carroll Starling worked for Commercial Credit in Orlando, FL financing cars for local dealers and their retail customers. In addition to his duties as the Chevrolet dealer in Kissimmee FL, Carroll also served as a City Commissioner in Kissimmee for over 12 years and was involved in the early years of the Walt Disney World project that transformed Central Florida and the state of Florida. His son Alan, became the dealer in 1975 at the age of 26 after returning from military service.

It was fine. My car got completed. Will take my purchases and service elsewhere. Not sure if want to try starling again. Was told to please rate perfect otherwise they fail and although did apologize for the issues which I understand happen I was told that 'I'm sure this kind of thing happens in your job too'. If mistakes happen in my job like this people could die so no we try our best to ensure mistakes like this do not happen.

My entire team from the service manager to my maintenence team were excellent. My car issues were not easy to figure out, and it took some time but my car is fixed and running great.
