We found a couple small chips in the windshield of a new XT5 Cadillac we purchased there. They looked at them, and felt they could probably fix one of them. They charged me labor, which I understand, but we hadn't driven the car a few miles from there when we noticed the little chip. They said the bumper to bumper doesn't apply on the glass, but they did fix the one chip.

i have had a terible experiance lately. my truck had failures in your shop when it was in for normal maintenance. i have spent 7K plus on your recomendations and an not happy. I want to meet with the aervice manager Monday to discuss.
