Very professional clean place to have your car worked on.They make sure you're very satisfied when you leave let alone are very good at greeting you when you drop your vehicle off. Customer Lounge is nice and clean and complimentary shuttle is also nice.

Loved my experience. Jacob was a great salesman to work with. He started behind the curve as a different dealer had left a sour taste in my mouth.

Mr. Abel my service advisor is perfect! He took very good care of me! Also the 2 people that drove me home and picked me up were great and very professional! I tell you Mr. Abel is knowledgeable, professional, and caring and he is the best!

On Saturday just happened to be in the area I went to a dealership in Grapevine to look at Traverses spent almost three hours. Just for them to give me outrageous rates. But very quick to say it's just how it is and ask what do you want the monthly payment to be? It total blows my mind there might be people out there who just say yes! On Monday just before lunch, I did what I should of done since the beginning. Called Tom Clark, talked to Wendy. Told her what I wanted, we discussed rates and she definitely explained to us the process! By 3:00 PM she was getting the car ready to be tinted. Almost 250 dollars a month less than the other dealership! They both said they wanted to help me. But Wendy showed me by going through different options! This is the third car I lease/buy with her in the last 3 years. And will be going for a fourth this summer! She is truly the best to work with!
