My wife Stephanie and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly, personable, and professional. We engaged in banter with several of the sales staff as if we were longtime friends. Christian Barrera knocked it out of the park with his handling of our visit and purchase. Service Department at Tom Clark is the real deal! Gavynn is spot on and very communicative with what is needed and what needs to be addressed. I have brought not only my truck here, but also my mother’s Tahoe. I’ve had the engine and transmission rebuilt here. The service department is thorough, professional, and extremely friendly. Gavynn Norris, my point of contact is THAT guy! Based on my experience with just the service department alone, I don’t think I could ever drive anything but GM.
