Genesis G80 Review

Vehicle is wonderful, sales and service departments are very accomodating. Paul, along with Service Manager George, were great in meeting all our needs in detailing the verhicle. George went the extra mile when he discovered we had left a car badge on our trade-in and had it removed and installed on our new car. Always had excellent experiences at Palm Springs Hyundai. .

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER

It was a wonderful experience not to listen to a salesman talking out of one side of his mouth and then the other, and never giving you a straight answer. Garrett answered every question directly, and if he didn't know the answer, he went and found it. Having worked in a service industry for my career, I know how important it is to win the trust of the consumer. Garrett did that in spades. Kudos to him, and also to Ken Albert in Finance. Really appreciated his help. Keep it up, and everyone will be flocking to your front door.

Don't want to

It was hot and had to wait a long time!! I was a little confused about pricing because the tax information was not explained prior to purchasing the car. 4 hours to meet with finance.

Palm Springs Hyundai is a great place to buy a Hyundai

Palms Spring Hyundai is like a family of friends working for the good of the customer. I'm loving my Hyundai Tucson, the electronic are amazing, I have been helped by the lane change indicator, I put a trailer hitch on and am able to carry my open house signs in a rack fasted to the hitch. this car serves my purpose beyond my expectation. Horrible Experience

Dealership and three of its employees exhibited poor character, conducted themselves dishonestly, and in general were pretty slimy...I am very disappointed that I had to fight with them over a 2017 model that had a bad transmission, when they finally did the right thing they tried to slip a lousy $120 error in their favor past me, as if I wouldn't notice. Then, to top it all off, after agreeing to pay the $120 back (so that I would keep the car) they again lied and refused to pay the money. I hope it was worth it...Geniuses...

Purchase expeience

Our experience in our purchase was very good. We were not pressured in any way...which would be a bad thing for us as buyers. The car was described in overall plain English. Steve Allen made it almost fun, albeit the paper work to be signed was lengthy but perhaps that is because we are in California. Steve introduced us to Paul, the service manager. Ruth took care of us in the processing of the paperwork and a few add-ons. She was patient during the whole process. She also took time to explain the available "after" item/options for our vehicle. She was diligent in keeping us moving the paperwork in a timely manner. Kudos to Palm Springs Hyundai...keep up the good work.
