We took forever waiting for the paperwork but felt rush when they want us to sign without checking what are we signing. We found 2 errors and the excused was that they are busy and things like that happens

I gave my car in clean condition and it came back filthy on the inside with muddy hand prints on the outside of the driver side passenger door. My driver side mat was muddy and full with dirt.

They will charge you extra for policies you don't want or need. If you request to cancel those policies, you will get the run around and they will delay any chance to refund you. I am likely going to have to sue them in small claims to get my refund. Definitely don't buy vehicle if it's for company use. They screwed up my registration and title for the company as well. Terrible Service. There's more, but it's too long of a story.

Den of thieves, bad customer service. four hour wait for diagnostic.. too many labor hours. Very absurd prices in general. I would never consider go back to this place. I’m willing to talk to management to consider reviewing this kind of abuses..
