I was given temporary plates for 30 days.

I was given temporary plates for 30 days. Because of a dealer mistake two weeks after the expiration date I still do not have my registration and because of that I haven’t driven my vehicle in two weeks. And because of that, I’ve been stuck in New York for three extra weeks when I live in South Carolina. And The dealer has poor communication and is not rectifying the situation. In the two weeks, I had to spend well over my car payment in order to get around to work in a timely manner because of that my budget is not well.

I was pleased with the courtesy at the main desk in the service lounge, the representative was polite and courteous during the whole engagement of turning my vehicle over to him for service and he was able to inform me by phone when it was ready and what work was done on it.

Checked them out online and put an eye on the Trailblazer, so made a trip to have a look. It was exactly what they said. Samantha kept everything straigh so I wasn’t guessing what I’d end up paying. Super easy process, no pushy sales talk, left feeling good, not scammed. Cant ask for more than that.

We never received a second key fob when purchasing the

We never received a second key fob when purchasing the vehicle. I spoke to Gary who told me that he can get me a second fob and it would only be $160 and that was all nothing else. He failed to tell me that I had to pay for programming the fob which was over $300. To make matters even worse the key machine was done so I now have a fob but a blank key. This experience was unacceptable. Totally disappointed with the service that I received.
