I recently had a very disappointing experience at Access Chevrolet, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the start, the service felt unprofessional and misleading, making me uncomfortable with the entire process. Unfortunately, what should have been a smooth and trustworthy transaction ended up feeling like a scam.

The sale price of the car was much different when I bought the car they Badvertising it at one price and sold it as another. Unfortunately, I got duped.

Space is small as it is shared with sales department. No dedicated space for service center customers to wait. Very cramped. Eddie was very helpful. He took his time to explain every step of the process. He explained in details I could understand what service was required and why.
