All 3 individuals made this a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership and team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I wish that I could give you all 10 stars. Btw… I love my new Trailblazer SUV. Thank You All!

Took for an oil change and a clip was broken on a hose.
Took for an oil change and a clip was broken on a hose. Joseph at the front desk was great at advocating for getting the issue fixed and helped make sure it was resolved the next time i brought it in.

Never, ever go to this dealership. They do not honor GM employees and their benefits. They suck you in and yes you to death, promise everything and do not deliver on anything as promised. I sent 2 other people to this dealership with GM discounts and they did the same thing to them. I have contacted 7 on your side as well as General Motors directly and will continue to do so until the 3 of us are refunded our $820 overcharge. We were only supposed to be charged a $75 doc fee each and instead they charged each of us $895. Horrible customer service. Stay away!!!

Very prompt service (by appointment). Greeted professionally and felt comfortable with the service provided. Did not feel that they were adding on issues to make me pay more, and I’ve felt that before in many other places. Will continue to bring my car to this service center.
