The dealership is fine. I feel you should have an express oil change lane. Waited 3 hours from start to finish. Arrived at 8:30, left at 11:30.

Overall I was pleased with the service, Service rep had good communication and explain to me the necessary steps for corrective action.

It was a pleasant experience the salesman was very professionally his supervisor was great also my wife and I had a very pleasurable experience!

The work that was done on my car was good. However, the service people that are responsible for calling you back only did once and I was expecting over 4 calls. They never call me to confirm the parts I ordered arrived I was forced to call the parts department myself. Due to this experience I will most likely go to a different dealership for my next repair because communication is key in any business transaction.

We called ahead for a specific truck we were told they had a couple, we arrived in the morning and the car we were told would be there wasnt.we had found one similar but had less features and a couple of little things that need to be fixed. My wife had a couple of coupons that they would not honor and the manager was just looking to just get the paperwork done no people skills. The sales man was very polite and friendly,if there were something he wasn't sure of he right away went to getvthe answers
