Great purchase experience, hard worker!

Koty worked hard for my business, learning exactly what I was looking for and delivering. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle...forget the big car marts, buy a rig from these guys! By all acounts fair and honest. Give this guy a raise!

Quick, EASY, and super helpful!

Our truck buying experience was terrific! They found exactly what we wanted, got it to us right away, competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Easiest and quickest vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had.

They always go the extra mile

I come from Richland to have all my service done in Prosser, they outshine our local dealer. Service is always friendly and they take the time thoroughly explain the service given and inspection results. On more than one occasion I have made requests for additional small services that I hadn’t scheduled and they made a great effort to accommodate, this I really appreciated. Great service and better people.

Could be better. Miss Angie!!!

Transmission is still not working properly. Engine light is on. Service dept did not address recall notice on exhaust system. Oil change and wash was great. Also filled the exhaust fluid.

Amazing Service went above and beyond my expectations !!!

They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Looking out for my best interest !!They also let us test drive in town and on freeway to see how it performed. They took there time they didn’t try and rush me into buying.

Above and beyond helpful! Exceed my expectations every time!

The Service Department is Amazing! Even when I’m running late they’re understanding and still accommodate me. They ALWAYS provide exceptional service on my car and go above and beyond to take care of it. My car has always been returned to me like new. They do a great job at detailing my car from the inside out. Every staff member I’ve encountered has always treated me with kindness & respect.

Service reveiw

During my experience at Tom Denchel Ford Prosser. I received certified work that was completed quickly. I had refreshments offered to me. I had questions that received answers. Also my car was returned cleaned inside and out. When I was issued the keys I was assured the vehicle was safe by the advisor. With a signature the task was completed and I was happily down the road.

Truck Detailed

I had my truck detailed at Tom Denchel and I did not-like the service they did I had to wash the truck again my self, the wheel were not cleaned and the interior doors were not cleaned
