A great buying experience

Ruban showed us three different trucks and answered all of our questions. When we finally found a truck we really liked it came down to negociations over trades and the price of the truck. This was every bit as tough as I ecpected, but was very civil. Before long, we all settled on a good deal for all. The finance department was well organized (and not too painful) “sign here, here and there, initial this, and that”. Once again every question we had was well answered. The Service Department showed us various features and helped with other settings.

Searching for a family car

I went in with my fiancé to find a bigger car since we have 2 daughters. I ended up getting a great deal on a 2018 Ford Escape thanks to the rebates being offered on Memorial Day weekend.

Winner Winner

We recently bought a Ford Explorer for my wife. Well it was impossible to not notice the new F-150’s. We had such a good experience with our recent purchase that we decided to upgrade our second rig as well. Super easy, super fast and everything turned out perfect again. We love the vehicles and working with the dealership. .

Third time is a charm! Make that fourth!

Our daughter bought a new car on Monday and I told them we'd be back! And as usual, Ruben did an amazing deal for us! I will send my friends to Ruben and Tom Denchel!

Ruben Munguia went the extra mile for us

We have never had a salesman work so hard for us. Rubin went above and beyond to help make a deal possible. Everything he says he does and more. He was even going to deliver our truck to us in Ephrata Washington to our house. How many dealerships would do that for you? Ruben is amazing give him a shot and you will not regret it.

Satisfaction and confidence...

I live 5 miles from Brand X, but it's worth it to come to your dealership which is 35 miles away. You guys are professional, courteous and worth the extra effort. Don't change a thing. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Impeccable Reputation

Denchell Ford Country has been around a long time and I am a repeat customer. Prefer them over the Ford dealer in my back yard. They have a very good selection of cars and trucks and a great service department.
