Write a reviewI am filing a formal complaint against Erbi Motors regarding a vehicle I purchased from them that was misrepresented and has resulted in significant financial damage. At the time of sale, I was led to believe that the vehicle contained a reliable and properly installed engine. However, after the purchase, the engine failed catastrophically. Upon inspection by a mechanic, it became clear that the engine installed in the vehicle was not a properly documented or quality replacement, but instead appears to be a junkyard engine. The engine itself had visible spray paint markings that were extremely recent, which strongly indicates it was sourced from a salvage yard and installed shortly before the sale. This was never disclosed to me at any point during the transaction. As a direct result of this failure, I was forced to spend approximately $10,000 to replace the engine. This is a substantial and unexpected financial burden that I would not have incurred had the vehicle been honestly represented. I believe Erbi Motors knowingly sold me a vehicle with a substandard or salvaged engine without disclosure, which is both deceptive and unacceptable business practice.
