I recently had my 2018 Lexus GS 350 F SPORT serviced at Lexus of Stevens Creek, and I want to give special recognition to my service advisor, Jaimie, for providing such an outstanding customer service experience! Jaimie was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and professional, making the entire service experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her patience, kindness, and genuine willingness to work with me made a lasting impression. What I appreciate most about Jaimie is that she truly understands the importance of taking care of her customers. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I feel valued, informed, and confident in the service my vehicle receives. That level of personalized attention is exactly what keeps me coming back to Lexus of Stevens Creek. As for my vehicle, I couldn’t be happier with how it feels after the service! The brakes feel fantastic, and my GS 350 drives beautifully. Although the repairs were a significant investment, the quality of the work and the way my vehicle feels afterward make it well worth it. We have always had great service at Lexus of Stevens Creek but during our recent visit we received an extra effort from Justin Munoz. He was very attentive to our needs and when we asked for help with programming our car he did not hesitate to help. Even though Chris /IT person/ was off Justin took the program our system.
