I bring my Chevy Suburban here through a maintenance package I purchased with the vehicle when I bought it from another Koons dealership in Tysons Corner. Although the first couple of service appointments were a bit cumbersome in getting my information crossed over, the employees here always did everything they could in the most caring way to assist me. Rachel is always so pleasant to deal with, and makes sure my concerns are dealt with effectively and promptly.
