But when we flagged a broken trim piece, they promised a proper fix. Instead, they literally taped it and called it “good.” Once the financing was set, they told us to take it or leave it. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially for a luxury vehicle. Do not trust them—whether in person or online. Run the other way.
