We were buying a six-figure Mercedes-Maybach from this dealer entirely online. We got our approval, arranged everything with their bank, and were ready to put down a big chunk of cash. But when we flagged a broken trim piece, they promised a proper fix. Instead, they literally taped it and called it “good.” Once the financing was set, they told us to take it or leave it. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially for a luxury vehicle. Do not trust them—whether in person or online. Run the other way.
