Lexus Carlsbad was very professional and easy to complete a sale. Our salesperson, Dino, was so pleasant and made our transaction as simple as possible. I had a wonderful experience at Lexus Carlsbad. We drove 50 minutes to get a car at this particular dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to know they have decent inventory. Even though the car I wanted wasn't there that day, Dino was able to make a deal and order it for me. He was so kind and a great listener. He knew how much it meant to me to purchase this car. It was not just another sale to him but genuinely wanted to make this happen. I felt comfortable from the start and good about actually buying my Lexus here. The managers and finance managers were also on the same page and came up to greet us before we made any deals. I did not feel pressured, but rather open to helping me. Dino is amazing and I would definately recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus to come check out this dealer and ask for Dino! He is a great family man from what I saw and very considerate. I could tell they are all helpful no matter what is going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was trying to figure out the trunk opening and another sales person came over to assist me too! I do not feel like I had to spend hours going back and forth either like some dealers when you are negotiating. It was clear cut and to the point. Thanks Lexus Carlsbad.

He was extremely patient and pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and took the time to walk me through all the features. He helped me set up Apple CarPlay and showed me many of the fun functions of the car. Even after the purchase, he followed up several times to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. We are writing a review for Alexander Ghaudy. We are so happy with our new Lexus SUV and had the most amazing experience with Alex. He was easy to talk to and show us the SUV that fits our needs. Alex brought our new car to our house because we could not pick it up when it arrived at the dealer ship. Gave us a tutorial which made me feel better and show us how to work the computerized screen. We made another appointment with Alex so we can talk about some other things on the car. I would recommend any of my friends to Alex.
