Write a reviewI came into the dealership and purchased a CPO Porsche cayenne for $107,000. I came back after 2 days when I noticed a cracked passenger tail light. I asked the dealership to replace it (I did not cause the damage, it was there when I purchased it) . When they pushed back on replacing it, I asked them to help with the replacement cost. They told me to either buy the car or don't. I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with my purchasing experience. I love the car minus the tail light. I thought the brand Porsche differed from other brands and it values relationships. I was wrong. Again love the car but wished the dealership approached the matter differently and values long term relationships rather than a quick sale.
