Still waiting for a Telematic part to come in and be installed for its recall. This Friday will be three weeks since I took it in. I was informed it can be up to one month. As far as service from the dealer I must say so far outstanding. Thank You Alpine!!!

Recently had our 2015 Cadillac Escalade at Alpine Chevrolet for a Camshaft and Lifter replacement using our aftermarket extended warranty. The whole experience was excellent. Great service, communication and it was finished in a very timely manner. Our Escalade is running better than ever. Would recommend anyone to Alpine for GM Service work 👍

Service department wanted to charge me for brakes I did not need! Told them I pretty sure I needed a thermostat and charged me a diagnostic fee for confirming what I said I was pretty sure I needed.
