Yates Mitsubishi

Very nice sales person. A little green. There were a few things that made the transaction more difficult. First, they said I could put 5K on a credit card, so I wrote a check for the rest of the down pmt. The they came back and said they could only do 2.5K. I had to write another check. Then, after telling me that everything was buttoned up and to come pick up the car the next morning (which I couldn’t attend), I received a call saying I would need to come in to finish the transaction. I was not available to do so. So, we had to start the process over with my wife. Also, when handling the financing, the sales person said they deal with all the local credit unions, so we got approved for the remainder of the loan. Then they said they didn’t deal with the local credit union we used and would have to go get a check from them to finish the deal. Car dealers will say whatever they need to get a deal done, but why does it always have to be a pita. They were the typical dealership you would expect.
