Good!

The overall process was good. Was pushed to finance when I wanted to pay cash. I knew this would happen. Not the first time. But still don't look forward to it! The vehicle is great and I am happy I got it.

Always so helpful!

Had a scheduled don't for Weds at 1PM to get sill protectors installed .Got a flat tire on Monday Called Jim and dropped the car off Tuesday in case they could get to it early to check\repair the tire and do the planned install . I got a call Weds @12:30 that my car was done .... Even before the time I was supposed to drop it off! Can't say enough about these people

D'ella Honda Queensbury NY Service

We have visited many dealerships and this was definitely the best car service experience we have had. We are not local but worth the drive as the service is one of the best. Jodi Putney in Service is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuine, She goes out of her way to answer any questions and follows-up, and excellent in explaining services, She is extremely helpful and pleasant and she puts the customer first! Service, Sales, and Parts all #1 at D?ella Honda.
