Car service - follow up used car purchase next day

My Honda Civic had just turned 100,000 miles and the CHECK ENGINE light came on along with a blinking DRIVE light. I took the car to Della Honda that afternoon. It was immediately diagnosed, taken in for repair and finished in a timely manner. The Service manager introduced me to the Sales manager as a courtesy and I walked around the sales lot for awhile. After a brief discussion about my car, thoughts of trading in and new versus used, the Sales manager had a newer car driven up front and told me to take it for a ride. Long story short - I purchased the newer Accord that has very low mileage and many features I will enjoy. The process was painless, affordable, wonderful year end gift for me. And if I have any issues with the car, I feel confident returning to the dealership for assistance.

2016 Honda Accord EX-L

I lease my cars and this time with Mark David, there was no messing around with the lease price, down payment, no back and forth, he went right to the rock bottom price. It was so easy! Love leasing from D'ella and their customer and repair service is wonderful.

Great fast service

Found, purchased and brought home my 2016 Honda Civic sedan LEX within 3 hours last week. The salesman, Van was amazing and gave me his card if I have any problems or questions in the future. I most likely will purchase all future cars at Della Honda Queensbury, with the help from Van, the salesman. Extremely satisfied.

Great Service....again

I have my CRV that I purchased at Della Honda also serviced at the facility, even though it is an hour drive. They are prompt with getting you in on your scheduled appointment and service the vehicle in a timely period. Always friendly, informative and do not perform unneeded repairs. A bonus is the car wash that is done, free of charge. I recommend them for your dealer and repair facility.

Another Good Experience

I am a repeat customer of Della Honda, and for good reason. I've bought several cars there, and take them in for dealership service. I've always found the sale and service staff to be fair and upfront, with competitive pricing. It's nice to have a dealership experience in which you do not feel like you are getting the runaround. I'm sure I'll be back.
