The best salesman

Our sixth car with Kareem and has and continues to excel as a salesman! We are super delighted and thankful for going out if his way and do whatever it takes to get us what we need and into the right vehicle. We will most absolutely NOT do business with anyone else!

Outstanding service

I recently visited Wolf Toyota of Naperville to service my car. While I was there, I asked about how to solve an annoying problem I have had with my Bluetooth phone over the last several months. The service department connected me with their phone expert and my problem was solved. It is this type of post sales service that I appreciate and will return to Wolf Toyota in the future.

Ask for sales rep Krzysztof K

One of the best dealers ever. They have big selection of cars to choose from. We just bought our 2nd car there, Krzysztof Kosinski was our sales rep and he did tremendous job introducing and explaining all features in our new Highlander. He’s a very knowledgeable guy. Larry was willing to help, long after the sale.

My wife and I bought a certified Highlander with Larry's help in August of 2016. I called Larry on the phone in November of 2017 and asked if he could help me operate the DVD Player as I was having difficulty getting it to play for our grandsons. It was the first time we had attempted to use it. Larry not only remembered us but went out of his way to find a car on the lot with a DVD Player, whereupon he called me back and walked me thru the process to get it working for us without me having to drive to the dealership. Now that's Service, long after the sale!! Great Employee!! I would urge anyone shopping for a Toyota at Toyota of Naperville to ask for Larry's assistance. You can't go wrong.

Great Experience!

This was our first time purchasing a new car and the team at Toyota of Naperville made it such an enjoyable experience. Our sales consultant Jose Rivera was so knowledgable and made to explain all of the features of the vehicle. We explained what we needed and he was able to steer us in the right direction. Sherri was so thorough and went over all of the details of the warranty and financing and made it a seamless process. She was knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about this experience!

Great experience

Our sales person Brian McGinley was a pleasure to work with. Not once did we feel pressured to make a purchase, and during the process, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at. I would definately recomend Brian to family and friends for their next purchase.

2017 camry

Kareem Thomas did a great job did the credit app on line was approved in 1 hour had the car I wanted 2017 camry didn't have to stay at the dealership all nite was in and out everyone need to come see him

Fantastic & Awesome Experience

I went in to lease a new Rav-4. I had the pleasure of 2 Salespeople taking care of me, Larry Dulik & Russ Harris. I only wish that I could give them 10 stars. I've been purchasing cars now for about 40 years and this was one of the most stress free experiences that I've had in all that time ! They were very friendly and didn't force me into anything and were very attentive to my wants. My whole family has owned Toyota cars for many years now. And this is my 1st ! The Accessory & Delivery Manager Dwight Nash and the Business Manager Carlos Santeliz were also very helpful ! Look forward to a long relationship with this dealership !
