Tom Clancy knowledgeable and very helpful.

Wonderful experience

Spent 3 visits and a test drive with Janine. Excellent product knowledge. She listened to us and offered a pleasant demeanor. She has wonderful products, good follow through, and a good attitude.

Bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla here

I loved this dealer because the employees were extremely friendly and didn't try to scam me into anything. Both me and my fiancée bought new vehicles here you should too!

Tom Clancy made it FUN to buy my new red RAV4!

Buying a new car is not my favorite thing to do. Walked into the Toyota of Naperville dealership just to look, after visiting several other brands. Buy luck of the draw, Tom Clancy was next up! From the first moment, Tom made our looking, test driving, selecting and closing the deal very enjoyable. He is a calm, low-pressure person who is there to help. We felt comfortable talking to Tom about our needs and our price objectives. Once I decided that I had to have a red RAV4, he made it his goal to find one for me. He is also the first person to ever offer me an "inbound refundable" option - if he found the car, I could decide to buy, or have my $500 deposit back. Finally, once I made the decision to purchase the car, his explanation of all the features was very helpful. It's only day one with my new car - but this morning's followup call made my day! Tom is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. Finally, thanks to Gary Jaros for his help on the money end of things, again very enjoyable to work with!

Great expirence, made purchase easy!!

I bought a Toyota Highlander from Naperville Toyota this past weekend and the deal went very smooth. My salesman Justin Buck was very good with all the info on the vehicle, and during the test drive showed me all the features that can be used while driving. Justin made the transaction go well and prompt. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Jerry Edwards

I just wish I didn't feel so much pressure from some of them. But I ended up buying from them because it seemed like the used cars were well cared for.

Professional But Not Stuffy Atmoshpere

In shopping for my car I visited six dealerships until landing at Toyota Naperville. Though I met mostly nice sales people during my search, I was surprised by the professional but warm personality of Elizabeth. She was thorough, patient, intelligent and professional - traits not cumulatively experienced elsewhere. I actually stopped at this location intending to get a quick look at some cars, but ended up buying there that day. I appreciated her follow up calls which I've taken to be genuine interest in my satisfaction of the vehicle, dealership and sales experience. If you visit this location, look for Elizabeth.
