This was our second vehicle and second Highlander purchased from Toyota of Naperville. We have been impressed with the high level of customer service provided by this dealership. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and professional. Working with Elizabeth Elkerton, Tom Clancy, Peter Murray and A.J. Reilly on the different phases of our current purchase reinforced this impression. Highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

Tom was the best car salesman I have ever purchased from. He was so informative and really cared about giving me the easiest and best transaction.

My overall experience was painless and pleasant. Auto shopping does not list high on my to do list, but Harvey Nyien made this an overall excellent experience. The dealership was clean and very accommodating. Travis Jackson also made this an easy experience. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Times have certainly changed since I bought my first car back in the 80's. Scott and the whole team at Naperville Toyota were great to work with. The process can be long and tedious for a first time buyer, with little credit history but in the end my son couldn't be happier!

We had an excellent experience today as we bought our family car. Best decision we made was to start our search at Toyota of Naperville. Dave was the first one who greeted us and made us so welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. We felt his sincerity and his patience on us. He was honest, direct to the point and never wasted our time. Because of him, we decided to buy the car even it wasn't in our price range. In addition, the facility is family friendly and all other staff we dealt with from the very beginning to the end was helpful.

We were in need of a car for my wife, as her non Toyota car needed a new engine. I had owned Toyotas most of my life and wanted to get my wife into the Toyota family. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Elizabeth. I can not say enough good things about our experience working with Elizabeth. First I mentioned I would not be making a decision that evening. At no time did we feel pressured. Elizabeth showed us our options and took my wife for a test drive. My wife loved the Camry. She explained all our options with buying and leasing. We went home that night with the decision whether to buy or lease. Came back in the next morning. Elizabeth had worked with the fantastic sales manager, Suha, to work out a lease right for us. I have purchased several cars in my life. This was far and away the best experience I have had. I have Elizabeth and her team to thank. Also outstanding follow up after the sale.

I want to thank the staff of Toyota of Naperville for making my 1st car purchase ever an amazing experience that I will NEVER forget! Everyone from May in the calling center to Jacob Basthia who took me to test drive the vehicle and fully educated me on all of the functions of the vehicle made the process sweatless and easy. I will never forget 3/4/2016, the day that my family and I purchased our 1st car EVER! Thank you to all of the amazing staff for getting me going, making sure I was taken care of, and doing their best to get me in and out in a timely manner :)

We recently went in for an oil change for our 2013 RAV4 and left with a 2016 model. This happened mostly due to the attention and effort of the salesman Harvey Nyien. He spent a great deal of time with us and put in a lot of effort to make sure we got the model/color/pricing we wanted.
