Jacob Basathia is great to work with. He was straight forward, honest and sincere. Customer service was excellent. He took the time to explain everything; making sure Im 100% satisfied. Went in to purchase a Highlander and the salesmen helped in determining that I should stick with the Sienna. They helped me in figuring out the best possible pricing for the the time I will have a van. They were very accommodating in ensuring my happiness with the purchase!

We went to Toyota of Naperville on Saturday February 20 to "look" at new cars since my 2013 Camry lease was coming due. I specifically told my wife and our salesperson, Elizabeth Elkerton that I was not going to be purchasing a car. I said I was going to be shopping other comparable models from other manufacturers before I purchase anything. Elizabeth said, "OK". We then looked at Camry's on the lot and she said, "let's go drive one to see how it compares". When we returned from the drive I said, "you might as well look at my Camry and see what it is worth". Elizabeth came back shortly and showed me numbers for a new leased Camry. At no time during this process did she "push" me to do anything but she did continue to get me to think about the new vehicle. The numbers were pretty good and then a Sales Manager ( don't recall his name, sorry....) came over to chat. I was expecting the hard sell, like "what would it take to get you to drive away in a new car" speech, but he didn't. He, too, was quite pleasant and not pushy. I discussed the car and the numbers with my wife and decided to purchase a new Camry. I really disliking the process of purchasing a new car, but Elizabeth was wonderful to work with. She made sure we had our questions answered and was attentive the whole time we were there. She even had a returning customer that she needed to speak with and never made us feel "unwanted". The whole process of looking, driving, discussing, deciding and filling out paperwork as not painful. Elizabeth was very open and approachable the whole time and that was definitely a factor in making a purchase on the day I said I would not. This was the second purchase I have made from Elizabeth and I would continue to buy cars from her as well as recommend her to friends. The dealership is a really nice store as well. Very clean, bright, lots of cars and very professional looking sales people.

I just leased a Rav4 yesterday. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Robert. He is very professional and friendly. He will treat you with respect and makes the whole experience easy.

Elizabeth Elkerton welcomed me as soon as I stepped inside the building with a great smile and very well educated attitude. I thought it was going to be only in the process of convincing me to purchase a car, but I was totally wrong; she was the same charming person till the end. The next person who came to meet me after I've decided what car I wanted, Jessica, was very nice as well. Smiley, brief but concise. And Gary, completely out of my expectations! I thought it was going to be one of those moments I had have before in other dealers: they are the most agreeable people when you come into their office, but as soon as one rejects their offers about longer warranties, they have a turn of 180 degrees becoming lousy and very negative. Gary just gave me a paper to acknowledge with a signature that I had declined his offer, but he kept being a nice and professional business agent. I left the building with a new car and feeling as if I had made excellent new friends, specially Elizabeth Elkerton.

My husband and I came in to buy a 2016 Prius. Harvey Nyien went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting the exact car that we were looking for.
