My wife and I recently leased a 2012 Corolla. We are very happy with the car. We have purchased several Toyota's over many years.I will only buy or lease from Toyota Of Naperville.Harvey Nyien was our salesman. He was very professional. His goal was to meet our needs and see that we were totally satisfied. He met his goals and then some.He was patient with us and respectfull.We leased the car over the telephone.We talked off and on all day.We came to a verbal agreement and that night Harvey had the car ready for us and we signed the papers.It was a pleasure dealing with Harvey. In three years when our lease is up we will buy or lease another Toyota from Harvey. This guy is awesome!!

Excellent service and assistance from Justin Buck. Accesories & add on's for the new vehicle I purchased were way over priced - although I would much have liked to purchase from Toyota, I ended up purchasing from ZTech down the street instead. Remote starter, 3M clear bra, undercoat & rustproof, Tonneau Undercover hard cover, Bar steps, and paint protection - all for $1,900.00. Your 3M clear bra alone wa $999.00. Art Jablonski

I enjoyed the ease of doing business with Kareem Thomas....

I enjoyed the ease of doing business with Kareem Thomas. I never felt that I was being pushed into buying a particular car. He was very professional and was extremely knowledgable and polite (in other words, a gentleman). I believe Kareem and his manager gave me a reasonable trade-in on my car and a good deal. Follow up after the sale was great. A couple of weeks later, there had a service issue and Kareem took charge and got everything arranged and the issue was fixed within 2 hours. I will buy my next car from and recommend to my friends to work with Kareem at Toyota of Naperville.

I decided convenience of dealership and experience with dealership was more important than negotiating a few more hundred dollars on price. I did have a lower quote from Thomas Toyota in Joliet. As a further note, I was disappointed that I didn't get a printed copy of the 24 month free maintenance agreement including the phone number to call if I needed towing. My salesman, Brian Davis, was really great to work with.

Russ Harris was the reason i walked out of the dealership...

Russ Harris was the reason i walked out of the dealership that night with a brand new corolla.His calm approach to working a deal was exactly how i expect a salesman to act. Two years prior i tried to buy two toyotas but the deal broke down when i was given a unbelievably horrible price for my suv. It was not even half of kelley bluebook priced and the suv was in great condition and i would of settled for good condition price. Funny thing was this time i avoided Nino McMorris and i truly had a great experience thanks to Russ. Didnt see the sense to squeeze me over a trade in when i was walking out with a highlander and a camry that day.

I wouldn't have came back to Toyota of Naperville if it weren't for Jacob Basathia. His work is GREAT! I love my new car and Jacob helped me a lot with what I was looking for. He is the best employee at Toyota of Naperville. He was so kind and helpful with what I needed. I know now that whenever I need a new car I will be asking for him at Toyota of Naperville!
