I have now bought two Toyota cars from Dave in the last...

I have now bought two Toyota cars from Dave in the last year spending over 75,000. With this last transaction (2012 Avalon Ltd), he continued to stay in contact with me for over 9 months. I continued to tell him if you find the right car at the right price I will buy. He focused on key phone calls, updates over this period of time without over selling any car or opportunity. He is an experienced sales person that takes the time to understand the needs of the buyer and tries to fit them perfectly. Great job Dave!!

I purchased a 2012 Avalon Limited from Larry. He is knowlegeable about the Toyota products and was patient through out the whole process from beginning to end. I was also impressed when he returned my calls about questions I had. Larry definately has the personality and character to be a succesful salesperson. He is an asset to Toyota of Naperville. This is the 4th car our family has bought from Toyota of Naperville. We have sent in friends who also bought cars from this dealership. My wife and I recently had reason to travel out-of-State...

My wife and I recently had reason to travel out-of-State to Illinois (we're from Wisconsin) to purchase a Toyota Sienna in the trim/year/mileage we desired. Before I get into the experience, I'll offer some context to my thinking... One of the most notable things about car-buying these days is that the buyer knows so much that it borders on analysis-paralysis in terms of making decisions. This situation is exacerbated by any visible chink in the knowledge armor of a car salesperson. It can cause hurt the process both on the buy and sell side. But the other effect of this knowledge is when it isn't acknowledged -- when the dealer thinks you're a moron and treats you as such. It is, I think, a primary reason for many people truly hating the car-buying experience. And it doesn't have to be that way. For example, you could buy a car from Leo Lopez at Toyota of Naperville. We did. It was clear from the start that what we were doing is partnering, and not just in the silly, overused business-buzz-word sense. I've been in business for nearly two-decades myself, and it always bothered me that World Class Business attributes seem to end at the entryway of car dealerships...that the "car salesman" is given the free pass to be, frankly, full of malarkey. I think that up and to my dealings with Leo I had resigned myself to car-buying being something akin to a very expensive DMV experience. I won't say it's fun to buy a car. Personally, short of giving me a car for free the whole concept of paying so much for something that has so little staying power is, in a word, insulting to consumer-intelligence. But the process doesn't have to be painful, stressful, or make you feel like a moron. I felt very comfortable and confident with Leo, and you will too. This guy gets it done, and so do the support pro's in their Finance department. I strongly endorse the business itself too, as somebody has to hire the talent and put it on the playing field. Well done. By far the best team in this industry that I've encountered. Thank you, Michael

Shopping for a new car can be exciting and fun when the salesperson makes the right connection with a shopper. For me, Chris Davis was that person. He responded to all of my questions, showed me my options, let me test drive and view a variety of cars, and helped my finalize my choice. I left with my new car! I have just purchased my second Corolla from this...

I have just purchased my second Corolla from this dealership. Both times I worked with sales person Robert Kieda. The first time was just after my husband passed away, and I had never purchased anything big by myself. I cried the entire time I made my first purchase. They told me they would take good care of me, and I found out later that they REALLY did when I calmed down and started to check things out on the internet and talk to friends and family. Nobody could have offered me a better price or service on my 2008 Corolla. Each visit for the routine maintenance was great too. This past week I traded in my 2008 for a 2012-no tears this time. This time I was so concerned about the trade in value, that I forgot to negotiate the sales price. Before the 3 days contract cancellation clause in Illinois could expire, I looked at the paper work and dealt with Peter Murray in finance. They knew I had a Costco membership and automatically gave me the Costco price a reduction of $1671.00. I will actively recommend this dealership to everyone I meet. I believe the staff and owners to be fair and responsible. Eileen Sharp

Overall, I would rate my experience as generally positive...

Overall, I would rate my experience as generally positive for this dealership. After inquiring online, I was contacted immediately by Shannon. Once arriving at the dealership, I worked with salesman, Jacob Basathia, who was attentive and hardworking. Although the manager was unable to come down much on the price of the car I was interested in, they were able to offer me a competitive value on my trade. I received an IOU from the manager due to missing headrests in my desired vehicle. Once they make good on this, I will certainly be a return customer and will happily refer this dealership to my family and friends!

I enjoyed th ease of dong business with them. Everyone was professional and knew there role. The test track was great. Larry was a great consultive seller. Follow up after the sale was great. We had a service issue and Larry took charge and got everything arrange and the issue was fixed within that day. I will but my next car from Larry at Toyota of Naperville.
