They told me about a car I was interested in and 29 minutes I called back to discover it was “sold”. They told me about another car. When I checked online I found that it had the same VIN and mileage as the first car. When I called to question this he hung up. I would say it’s a case of bait and switch.

These dealers are like many car dealers. They will rip you off if they can.

I found a vehicle on their website that I wanted to purchase. Drove six hours to see it. Liked and agreed on a deal. Placed a deposit on the vehicle to hold it until the financing went through, that was on a Thursday. My bank gave me the approval on Monday. Called the dealership to let them know we were all set. I was informed that they sold the truck on Saturday to someone else, even though I had a deposit on the vehicle! They called me back a week later and offered the truck to me again. Asked them to send me the paperwork and the person who bought the truck from under me finally decided he wanted the truck and told me that I couldn't purchase the truck. They did offer me to buy a base model truck for more money with over twice the mileage on it for my trouble. The salesman said it was the owner's decision and he was sorry. If you buy from here don't say you weren't warned.

Found a truck at Empire Toyota that I wanted to purchase. Called the sales person who was very knowledgeable. Drove six hours to test drive the truck. Placed a deposit on the truck pending financing on a Thursday. Told the sales person that I would hear back from the bank by Monday. Got approval on Monday, called the sales person on Monday to finalize the paperwork. Sales person told me the truck was sold on Saturday. Told me the sale manager didn't want to lose a sale. Well they lost a customer for life. 6 hours of driving and a deposit apparently didn't mean anything to them. Called the owner and left a voice message with him and to his credit called me back but decided that there wasn't anything that he could do anyways. There are plenty of honorable dealerships, this apparently isn't one of them. Extremely disappointed and they won't be getting my business.

Empire Toyota sold me a “Certified Pre- Owned” 2017 XLE Toyota Highlander with 9583 miles on it that COULD NOT PASS PENNSYLVANIA STATE INSPECTION! They sold me a vehicle with leaking shocks. On top of not being able to pass inspection, the entire underside of the vehicle is covered in rust. I requested to return the vehicle, but they refused a return or exchange. They only offered to look at the shocks and do an undercoating on the car. Toyota Headquarters is now involved and I’m currently stuck with a vehicle I would never have purchased if given full disclosure of the rusted undercarriage- the car clearly sat somewhere damp for a very long time. (The exterior paint and interior are spotless.) It’s unfortunate that Empire Toyota will not stand behind their merchandise or give full disclosure to women purchasing vehicles.

We bought a car a couple of months ago. Jordan O'Neill was our salesman. He was excellent! Explained all the features of the car. He got us a great trade in price and 0% financing. . We have never had such a good and easy experience buying a car. Great experience all around with him and the dealership! Today I stopped in because I had an issue with my apple car play. Jordan took the time to fix the problem. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend Jordan!

We had a great experience buying a new Camry at Empire Toyota. Our salesman, Corey Hartman, was efficient and reliable. He took a lot of time to demonstrate all the new features on the car. He got us a good trade in on our old Camry and was helpful before and after the sale. Highly recommended.

I went in just to look and ended up buying a corolla. Great experience with Corey the salesman. He did everything and made it very easy for me. I love my corolla. I will go back when it is time to trade in.

This was my first experience with Empire Toyota, having become interested in the selection of 2019 Tundra double-cab trucks in the inventory and the prices offered on the website. I worked with Corey Hartman to find and test-drive the specific vehicle that was my first choice from those listed. Corey was eager and attentive without being pushy, and we soon had a deal with no unpleasant haggling. All the transaction details were taken care of smoothly with no surprises, and within a few days I drove away as a happy first-time new Toyota owner. Thanks to Corey and the rest of the staff during the purchase, I'm looking forward to working with Empire Toyota for the life of the truck.

We have received fair deals on new Toyota purchases (2) and honest appraisals of the service needs of cars we have brought in for routine maintenance. None of the three vehicles we have had serviced at this dealer has ever had a serious problem.
