WENT IN FOR SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE DURING THE 25-POINT INSPECTION BREAK DISC AND OTHER PROBLEMS WERE DETECTED.I WAS CONTACTED BY SERVICE AND PROBLEMS WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE NEXT DAY. GOOD JOB SERVICE DEPT

I purchased multiple cars from Matthews planet preowned. This time was kind of one of the I would say different than the others. The salesman Jeremy was OK, but didn’t seem to take consideration. Some of my concerns did not tell me that the rewards credit expired until after I saw the revised price of the car sales price that did not impress me. Sometimes his attitude was awful a little bit. I would not recommend Jeremy again to anyone. The only reason things worked out the way they did was because of Jack Richardson. Jack went out of his way to make sure things were met to my satisfaction and I’m glad I have that with Jack Richardson in the past and also just on this last recent transaction so thank you to Jack Richardson. He’s the one who actually settled the deal for me

The dealership was conveniently located. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, adequately stocked with snacks and drinks, so I will be returning to have my car serviced. Jeremy and Sean were very polite, responsive, and aware of my time, and worked to meet my needs. I felt comfortable, and understood the process, had all my questions answered satisfactorily. I would recommend them over my experience with the other two dealerships I interacted with.
